ACCOUNT & SUBSCRIPTION

Include the email address on your account and a brief description of the problem. Do not include your password.

BILLING & REFUNDS

Include your account email and the date of the charge. iOS and Android subscription refunds must be requested through Apple or Google directly.

TECHNICAL PROBLEMS

Include device type, OS version, and app version (Settings → About). A screenshot helps if the issue is visual.
