SENTINEL MAN is a performance intelligence system. It processes your self-reported operational data and uses artificial intelligence to generate personalised daily briefs, decision assessments, and pattern intelligence.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
You must provide accurate information when creating your account. An email address you own and control is required.
If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at support@sentinelman.com.
We may suspend or terminate your account if we have reasonable grounds to believe it is being used fraudulently, abusively, or in breach of these terms.
All new accounts receive a 7-day free trial. Full access to all features is available during the trial. Your payment method is not charged during the trial period. No credit card is required to begin the trial.

Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
Monthly subscriptions are billed on the same date each month. Annual subscriptions are billed once per year on the anniversary of your subscription start date.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will receive an email reminder 7 days before each annual renewal. Monthly subscriptions renew without a reminder.
You may cancel your subscription at any time via:
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access until that date.
Monthly subscriptions: No refund is issued for the current billing period upon cancellation. Access continues until the period ends.
Annual subscriptions: If you cancel within 14 days of your annual renewal date and have not used the service during that period, you may request a refund of the annual subscription fee. Submit refund requests to support@sentinelman.com within 14 days of the charge.
Consumer Guarantees: Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)). If SENTINEL MAN fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy under Australian law regardless of these terms.
App Store subscriptions: For iOS and Android subscribers, refund requests are managed by Apple and Google respectively. We cannot process refunds for in-app purchases directly.
You own your data. The operational data you enter — your check-ins, decisions, Operating Principles, carry-forward notes — belongs to you. We process it to deliver the product to you. We do not claim ownership of your data or sell it to third parties.
You can export all your data at any time via Settings → Export Data. You can delete all your data at any time via Settings → Account → Delete Account.
SENTINEL MAN, its AI architecture, system prompt design, pattern detection methodology, and all associated software and content are owned by My Cosmic Message Pty Ltd. Nothing in these terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

If you provide feedback or suggestions, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use that feedback to improve the product. We are not required to act on any feedback.

The Decision Advisor uses multiple AI models to analyse decisions you submit. By using the Decision Advisor, you acknowledge:
SENTINEL MAN includes a crisis detection feature that monitors for language patterns that may indicate acute distress. If the system detects such patterns, it will provide crisis resource information.
The crisis detection feature is provided in good faith. It does not constitute clinical assessment, psychiatric evaluation, or emergency response. My Cosmic Message Pty Ltd accepts no liability for any situation in which the crisis detection feature does not activate, activates incorrectly, or where the provided resources are not accessed.

Our total liability to you in any 12-month period, for any cause, is limited to the total amount you paid for your SENTINEL MAN subscription during that 12-month period.
Nothing in this clause excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Australian law.
Consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law cannot be excluded. Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss. You are also entitled to have the services rectified if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
We aim to keep SENTINEL MAN available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.
We may modify, update, or discontinue features of SENTINEL MAN at any time. For significant changes that reduce the value of your paid subscription, we will provide at least 30 days' notice and offer a pro-rated refund if you choose to cancel.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or in-app notification. Continued use of SENTINEL MAN after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
If you have a complaint or dispute, contact us first at support@sentinelman.com. We will attempt to resolve the matter within 10 business days.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any legal proceedings must be brought in the courts of New South Wales.
